    Stay away from Betmotion!!!
    I'll try to shortly explain my experience with Botmotion.com..
    So, I opened an account in Betmotion.com and deposited 100 euros and got 150 EUR first deposit bonus. I completed my rollover which was 5x (bonus+deposit=1250EUR) and made 100 EUR withdrawal from my account. After 3 days they asked me to sent a documents to verify my identity. Firstly I was shocked when they asked me to send picture where I am holding passport next to my face. Ok, after a long negotiations I finaly sent them all requested docs and few days later they confirmed my docs and wrote to me:
    " We would like to inform you that withdraws are processed in 3 business days. You requested one today, the due of this
    withdraw request expires in 05/25/2015."
    On 26th May I looked into my account and saw that Betmotion cancelled my withdrawal again. I asked why they did it again and they answered to me:
    "We would like to inform that your withdrawal was canceled because you didn't complete the rollover, you have made € 1.261,25 of € 2.500 to complete the rollover and release the withdrawal. You can request the calcule of your rollover anytime you want."
    What!? Why should I have to rollover again if when I opened account and completed rollover requirement in T&C was 5 times (Bonus + Deposit).
    And then I saw that Betmotion changed rules and put new point in T&C: "A Rollover of 10 times with Odds of 1.8 or higher is required for players from Europe and Asia."
    But that was after when I already completed my rollover and made withdrawal. I asked them when did they put a new requirements in the T&C, of course they did not answer me just all the time send link on new T&C.
    Seems like they every time figure out something else to intentionally delaying withdrawal process.
    I suggest you to stay away from Betmotion!

    Does anybody has similar problem with Betmotion? Maybe someone could suggest where to send complaint about Betmotion? It is licenced in Curaçao eGaming Licensing Authority.

        What date did you open your account? And what date did you make your withdraw request?

        Web Archive last update of the terms page is August 2014 unfortunately

        The total amount of the Bonus plus the deposit must be rolled over in order to be eligible for withdrawal. For Sports, before being able to make a withdrawal, the value of the deposit plus Bonus must be rolled over five times with Odds of 1.8 or higher (unless the promotion states other ways). Example: Deposit $20 + $30 = $50 x 5 = $250. For accounts in Euro and US Dollars, any bet above $100 counts as $100 towards the calculation of the Rollover. Bets on the same event inside the same market or bets on the same event but inside different markets in which both cancel each other, will not be accounted for Rollover. It is required to Rollover 20 times in Casino, 20 times in Video Bingo, 15 times in the Poker room, 10 times in Bingo and 10 times in Financial Betting before any withdrawal process.

        In the event that the Sports Bonus has to meet a deadline (Rollover), after this time is completed the value of the deposit plus Bonus must be rolled over 10 times with Odds equal or over 1.8.
        Here is what it says now

          I opened account on 8th May and made withdraw on 13th May. They put new bonus rollover requirements about on 25 May. Unfortunately I can't proof when they put new rules in T&C.
          Do they have a rights to make me continue rollover with new rules if I completed my rollover before they published new rules??

            No they dont have a right to change the terms you took the bonus under.

            Hopefully it's just frontline CS not knowing any better than to follow current rules.

              I can submit that Betmotion finaly paid out my 100 EUR withdrawal after long negotiations. Thats means that I had right about this rollover dispute. But I am sure it happened only because those 100 euros was my deposit..
              So, please beware from Betmotion and I suggest you to stay away from them, they always figure out something new to not pay your winnings!

                    It means you cant bet both sides of a game and eat the juice just to complete the rollover.

                          Unfortunately they are f*cking scammers! After long negotiations in live chat and emails with Betmotion support they agreed to paid out my 100 EUR withdrawal which was my deposit... I asked them many times - when did they change rules. I was sure that when I opened account and completed bonus rollover there was other rules. Of course Betmotion don't answered on that question because they knew that I had right. And finally they paid out my 100 euros.
                          I suggest you to send complaints to Curacao Gaming Licensing authorities. Good luck!

                            i did 2 withdrawals in 3 weeks and besides the Long verification process and the turnover rules, everything goes quite fast... i cannot complaint so far, haven`t used a Bonus

                                  I have now problem with Betmotion. I was betting one year with betmotion, never have problem and i was verify my account. I did rollover many times, last week i have some good profit in betting and i want withdraw. Now start problem, next day my account is blocked. I send email and i get these respond why my account suspend :

                                            I do not quite understand what's going on ...
                                            I filled out the form of complaint against Betmotion on the site of SBR on February 27, 2018, than received a email with confirmation from the SBR (here - http://prntscr.com/iqh1xt), but it's been 2 weeks already and there is no feedback from the SBR, my questions are not answered.
                                            I am forced to publish my complaint here on the forum, maybe in this way I will be able to draw the attention of the SBR to my problem, to be tried to begin to solve it.
                                            Complaint against Betmotion:
                                            I registered on the bookmaker's website www.betmotion.com two years ago, in February 2016.During this time I made deposits for the amount of 1300 USD by Skrill (if necessary I can provide you with a screenshot of my Skrill account) and placed bets on their sportsbook.My account is fully verified. February 11, 2018, I first ordered the withdrawal of funds in the amount of 1000 USD, you can see it on this screenshot - http://prntscr.com/ike157
                                            It's been 1 month, but I have not received any money. On my appeal to support by e-mail, they respond to me that:
                                            "We regret to inform that your case still has no answer, but soon it will be answered we apologize for the long delay in order to to give you information. We have already contacted our department again asking for information."
                                            Kindly ask you to help me to receive money.
