I have made numerous cash deposits at betus, used a *********** once , lost and made cash deposits since, now they say no withdrawls unless I send copies of all my private info and that *********** which I no longer have, If they were worried about fraud, why did they let use the card with no documentation?

They're notorious for making it hard to get paid. It's not unreasonable to get info to protect against stolen cc's and chargebacks, but they seem to do it just to do it as part of a systematic payment-delayed-is-payment denied program.
For what it's worth there haven't been any recent reports of them abusing personal information, so if you jump through the hoops and are patient you'll probably get paid.
If you've been depositing in response from someone in sales calling you, getting a hold of that person and being nice about it might make it go smoother. But they do stick to their guns about needing the cc info.Comment -
