It has briefly come back up for me a couple times only to go down again.

Based on past history, I'm sure Heritage will go above and beyond to rectify the situation ASAP. Hope everyone realizes this hurts them way more than it hurts us.

Heritage has the best customer service in the biz. From past experience, they have been good to their customers.

an email when they realize there is an issue or prior warning if they knew about it would have gone a long way. not having 24 hours customer service is fine, but at least change their message on phone to acknowledge the situation. its pretty bad service

Confirmed working fine for me. I got kicked out for inactivity but was able to log back in and place a bet without any issues. I am in PA for what that's worth.

Can get in now, but went 10 hours straight where i couldnt. Mirror site was also inaccessible during that time, but also seems to be up now.
