well thanks to all my hollering and not taking no for an answer and finally getting c.s to get me a managers name i was able to send my email to that manager directly . i had over six c.s reps deny to give me a managers name until one of them finally broke and did so as a result i spoke to mr grant who quickly gave me a 25 dollar freeplay. so after i use this and get slowed paid i will not no longer bet here to much drama but i would like to thank mr grant and myself for being persistant. a closed mouth dont get fed good day and let close this threadComment -

I was actually going to deposit there few months ago. Logged in and my cashier section said to contact customer service. Blocked my deposit attempt. Went to chat and was told I could not deposit because I made a deposit from a IP address in New Jersey. I had no freaking clue what they were talking about. Told myself it was too much trouble going through the motions to have it fixed.Comment -
