Same thing during ncaa finals, no d u ring the derby. I think they're just trying to keep out bets. Was willing to give em benefit of doubt last time now it's pretty obvious their doing it intentionally

What reason could there be to do it intentionally?

I think it sounds like a site overload issue, considering it's happened at two big events.

Could you eventually get in if you kept trying?

I think I know the issue. Sounds like you are using betonline.com.

              Gotta use betonline.ag.

                  its the .com vs .ag

the question is who is getting your info on account number and password each time you accidentally use the betonline.com domain by habit??

it looks like the same betonlin web page but it might not be and might be used for other reasons by not so good people.....

Pretty scary. At the create new account page, it shows pre-filled info. such as my date of birth, password answer, and info. I originally registered with. Maybe someone from BetOnline can report this to their IT dept.

Definitely not a cookie or browser functionality. I attempted to login with a new LG cell phone I recently bought.

Are you talking about login info or the boxes on the create account page?

What do you mean attempted to login? Do you mean attempted to signup?

What you say doesn't seem to make sense. If you went to the signup page from a new device which you had never used at the site before there is no identifier for betoline to use to ID and pre fill in any information. And no programmer would set things up that way even if they could.

Thanks for the assistance. I retraced my steps and it does look like I attempted to login using the .com site instead of .ag
