Is everyone else still having intermittent issues? I'm usually able to load the first page and maybe 1-2 more (very quickly), but then it starts to stall out indefinitely. Two days of that now for me.

Yes. Some pages take forever to load and specific pages eventually give me a load error. It's like at times the server is choking.
