10Bet Golf in-running , shocking information

Just a thought, are you absolutely certain that you placed 11 bets on the winner? You got 11 different ticket numbers right?

Thing with that platform is, when they make a mistake settling the bet and later correct it, a big mess happens on the betting history but the money balance is correct in the end.
Or at least that happened to me.

Example you got 2 bets, ticket number X and Y.
Should be winners but they get settled as losers.
Then history says:
Losing ticket No X
Losing ticket No Y

Now when they correct it, it will be a mess.
Might be that the same ticket number will appear as a winner 2 more times, i have seen the same ticket number appear as winner 3-4 times even.
In all cases support said its a display issue and money balance is correct.

Probably not your case, but have a look.

I got 11 different tickets on the winner here. All placed at various stages during the tournament. Some of them day 2, most of them day 4 and certainly most of them just around the play-off time.
Now I checked the account again, since you said it might be a 'bug' that makes ticket go crazy , and sure enough, now it says on the ticket that it is a winner and the full amount is credited.... and the other day it was vice versa. All tickets said different things, only thing that remains a fact is that I am not credited the correct amount. I know what balance was before the golfbets.

Here are the numbers breaking down:

I will use US Dollars, to make it easier for everyone to understand the stakes and pay-outs.

Total Stake $700
What Pay-out should have been $1418 (including the stake)
Net Profit $718

$10000 is just a made-up number below. The rest are accurate sums.
Balance on account when all golf-bets were made: $10000 + $700 (golf-bets in-running)
Balance on account after the golf tournament is over : $10802
What balance should have been after the golf tournament is over : $11418

$11418-10802= 10bet scammed me of $616
I am extremely accurate when it comes to numbers and I know what kind of money I had on the account during the whole time. It is also so easy to check for them the sums I was betting, what the correct pay-out should be.

I can tolerate if a bookmaker has a software that makes things look a tiny bit strange in the history, if it still pays out the accurate money.
Here I have everything breaking down. Stake, Pay-out and we are missing a lot of money. On top of that, they won't even communicate with me anymore and reply to me.

I am not 100% sure I am right here, I am more sure than that. It is brutally frightening that this happens, and since it could happen to me, it could happen to whoever reads this.
So as we stand, I got all the evidence, all the numbers, and still no correct pay-out.

Can't find any different rules for live betting on the site. Was wondering if that might be part of the explanation.

There are no different rules for golf pre-tournament and golf in-running. When you are betting on a winning market, you are betting on the one winning the trophy, including any play-off. As I have stated, several bets (including bets on the eventual runner-up Stacey Lewis) , were made during the play-off itself. In the case of a conspiracy theory that all golf bets should be dead heat rule apply for those involved a play-off, I can confirm that Lewis bets were settled as losing bets..... (should then been settled as a winner also)

But I can assure everyone reading this thread that I got it 100% correct. I always make a note of a week's profit (or loss) in total, and the number I had written down knowing that Lincicome won the tournament, for that particular week, differs with the exact amount of what 10bet refuses to pay out to me. $616.

For me it's very frustrating, and it beggars belief that 10bet does not want to take a closer look at this and communicate with me (as they assured me they would) and now refuses to even reply to 3 mails. Not a word, nothing.

I sincerly hope SBR can help me, because the chances of 10bet actually correcting their mistake, is about 0%.

Good point! A bit hard to exclude playoff holes from live winner betting if it was offered during the playoff holes

Just a short update:

Now all the winning tickets shows "correctly" on the account. It is just that little thing that the supposed-to-be correct pay-out is not there.
It is still lacking the same amount as I have been informing about before.

To add to the story you can not check the 'balance movement' on 10bet after all the bets, or in the history. At almost all other bookmakers, you can see the account sum move after each bet, win or lose. So you can always track what happens on the account and of course, in case of a dispute with the bookmaker.

At 10bet, you can not do this. Now it looks like everything is ok, but it isn't. But since I can't (probably 10bet can, but they won't) check it this way, I can now not prove that the pay-out are incorrect.

So, they changed all the winning tickets so it looks legit. But they have not credited my account with the correct amount. And they have now made sure I can not prove it.

So far SBR has not investigated this , I can only hope they do and that 10bet mysteriously wakes up and do the right thing.

I have never had troubles to this extent with bookmakers before. At least I hope I get a few persons looking for a bookmaker to use, to think twice......

No, nothing at all from SBR so far.
What scares me the most is that it seems very little will be done here. 10Bet went from replying to support questions within minutes, to totally ignore my mails. Despite promising me a real investigation in this case.
And since I know I am 100% correct here and are missing a pretty high amount of money from my account.....

I have got very little hope at this stage. All it would take is for someone from 10Bet to check my bets, my account movement and then they would pay me the correct amount and apologize for the whole saga. That is of course, if 10Bet is a company that has a normal degree of 'fair play' . So far, this stinks scam.

If they are still making changes to tickets maybe they are still looking at it and just have not answered you because they arent ready.

Nothing from SBR yet, but I will just wait and see what happens.
As you say, changing tickets back and forth.... it is also another and at the moment more likely scenario doing that - Make it all look ok for the eye.

I just don't know what to make of this, it has been more than five days now since this less-than-normal case started. I have been betting for well over 10 years and never ever experienced something like this.

And if they were still investigating it, then I guess a normal procedure for any company would be to inform the customer if he asks for updates.

No, no and no.

I can only state the truth and here it is again:

When the tournament in question came to a close, my account balance was X +around $650 "in-play" for the tournament. The pay-out on the winner including the total stake of $700 were supposed to come to around $1300. So the balance after the tournament should have been X +$1300. The balance after the tournament was X +around $700.
A difference of over $600 that just went missing.
And is still not there and probably never will be either.

10bet can say what they want but if anyone truly investigated the Account Movement on my account, it would be easy to see that I am right, correct the mistake and pay out the correct amount.

I did not receive a response from the management April 9th, I got a response today. Nothing before that.

Right now we are sitting with that the bookmaker claims one thing and of course, they can claim whatever they want and probably get away with it also, because not a single sole within 10bet seems slightly interested in taking 30 mins and clear themselves and make it correct in the end.
From SBR, I never expect help. It would be nice to get some professional help since I know I have been screwed of over $600. But if this is all help that can be made, so be it.

I wish 10bet could fix the issue, I would be the first one to forgive them for their initial mistake. To me it seems their software is the problem and this must be manually solved because as it sits now, they might even think everything is alright. But I can assure everone that it is not.

Does not have anything to do with the case itself, but I can at least say that a withdrawal made from 10bet worked smoothly, so on that part nothing wrong at least.
