Does anyone have a link to the chart for how they calculate your cash back? I don't get how im still at .4 percent when I have 122 bets and $$$$$ wagered

It's on the site under perks. Think you need 149 to move up. It's about volume; not money.

150 is the next step to .6 (you start the next month at .6 if you hit it as well)
500 is the next step to .8
live wagering does not count towards the cashback total
