    5Dimes Mini-Games Glitch
Be careful when playing the 5Dimes mini-games. There is a glitch that causes an error with thr result being that winnings aren't paid to the account. This occurred yesterday morning and I still haven't received my winnings which is a not unsubstantial $260. My guess is this won't be resolved until the tech people from 5Dimes and the 3rd party vendor of the game in question have a look on Monday. I contacted their customer service people a couple of times and didn't always receive "intelligent" responses. I did hear that others have had similar issues that day and I needed to email to help escalate the issue.

The incidence happened when I was enjoying a leisurely Saturday morning on a patio at Starbucks. I opened the mobile mini-game solitaire, max betted and won my first hand for $260. I clicked the congratulations screen to close it and then an error message popped up saying it needs to restart. I restart the game and the win isn't in my account. That's the jist of it. Immediately, I contacted CS who was fine and said to log out and not play games. A few people later said it ok to play as they were waiting on a response from a third party. I proceeded to play the balance in the account down to zero. I waited some more and contacted CS again for a status. I was put in touch with a moron who said I had been paid and lost it all. He denied all fact and reason. He didn't seem to be able to understand that I couldn't lose $600 in a day since I hadn't deposited half of that. I called and somehow kept my cool, spoke with someone who said it was a known glitch and work was being done.

The end. So, be careful when playing solitaire on mobile.

The max bet is only $52. You get $5 a point with $260 being a max win. The software is originally from a casino called 3dice which I played at and loved the game there and was happy to see it pop up here. There is a hint button which makes the game a bit easier to avoid mistakes. However, the 5dimes version doesn't work well at all and took me a few games to figure that out. Those max bets were painful. I figured it out and can manage it well now.
