They are famous for this tactic. Happen to many other's in the past. They will fix it but they bank on those players who just try to meet the rollover anyways. Shady for sure. Any other top rated book would have this bug worked out by now. Pathetic

If your balance ended up at zero before a new deposit the rollover should not accumulate.

Same as what everyone has said you have to ask them. if they dont just file a complaint.. just got 2k from them and half way through my rollover i was like damn thats a lot i have to rollover finally i asked them and they were way off the rollover i needed

ridiculous for this to still be going on - they could fix it quick, if they wanted to. instead they deny there is a problem with the rollover. 36 times rollover still needed-must have gotten 600% bonus.

they have been stacking rollovers for a long time. they have a little refresh thing that calculates it for you. it is kind of annoying really, but i dont think they lie about it. It is just shitty overall and kind of short sighted in my opinion. They should just reset it if you lose. that is pretty much standard.

I have filed a complaint with SBR and they are looking into it. Circumstances are identical to your complaint. Stacking roll over requirements after I requested my first payout after losing $3000 dollars over 3 years. They never inform you up front because you would go else where.
