5Dimes so rated A+ bookie there. I opened account and was instantly limited to 100-110 winning limit because i was from europe after my first deposit. OK i said. I will try them deposited 1000$ and start playing for like month and a half. My bankroll reached 6500$ i must say that i was betting mostly in livebet. Then out of the blue my account has been limited to 25 win limit - A+ bookie , can't hold a little winning streak. Thank you Tony!

The primary criteria is probably whether or not the book pays, not if it limits.
SBR would find it problematic if you had some bonus pending and then the book limited your account at very low stakes to make it hard for you to achieve the rollover. That's not the case here.
Pinnacle doesn't limit, and they accept European players

We are rarely limited for simply winning, it's about how/what we bet. And I am fairly certain just winning is not the criteria at 5Dimes as I know people who have been consistent winners over years there, a couple who are more than 100k ahead total.
