their customer service can drop the ball from time to time... but they always make it right.. i have had my issues with them.. but thats only because i have played at the best places and expect the same treatment.

in the end they always made it right with me.

as far as an actual book goes.. They have very good markets and offer more then most. They also do a very good job with live wagering. They aren't the best by any means.

But they are very good .

You shouldn't be taking bonuses anyway. Not that i haven't before. But this sort of thing is standard , rollover, payout hold. All these things have been standard for years.

I know betonline pays out because I have gotten paid before, but this new 30 day hold on bonuses came from nowhere, as I have done the bonus before and was able to cash within a week.

I just dont understand how its fair to block a 4 digit payout because of a 12.50 freeplay bonus. That is a new rule that was introduced in October and they wont even work with me at all on it. Its just the principle of the thing, I now need to wait 26 days to get my money.

if you dont like those rules, just skip the bonus. or go to a site like bookmaker that gives smaller ones but with rules that are a little less complicated. it is frustrating, but not taking the bonus is a good option
