Withdrawal issue

    Withdrawal issue
    Okay first let me start off by saying this is completely my fault and the only reason I'm making this thread is for advice .

    I requested 2 withdrawals from pinnacle and I normally do wire transfers but for some stupid reason I decided to do an echeque. I put in the exact same info as I do for wire transfers (including bank number instead of my account number) it's been 4 days and I called my bank and they have not recieved anything and pinnacle has told me since I put the wrong info I may lose the money if it can't be tracked.

    Any advice on what I should do? The branch manager is looking into it for me .

    I suggest waiting until they sort it out. You would have to be dead unlucky for the bank number to match a real account number. It should be returned to pinny eventually.

    If it's not eventually resolved, fire in a complaint form and we might be able to help. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/ (but i'd bet dollars to donuts it will be reversed by the bank)

      So my bank contacted me and said they have not received anything yet and this has happened before were a company sends an ****** and Toronto declines it because the information was incorrect . Pinnacle should already have the funds back in their account?

        I know its not what your going to want to hear but your going to need to give this a few days to play out. Try Pinnacle back Monday and see if it has kicked back. My experience in banking tells me that it will be found somewhere it just does not happen instantly.

          Update #2: One of the withdrawals was returned to pinnacle the ($540) one . Still waiting on the max withdrawal to be returned but things are looking good considering they were both done at the same time.

            So I've been credited with my $540 but still waiting on them to receive my $1500 withdrawal back.. Weird considering I processed that one before the 540 and everything was the same. Glad I'm dealing with pinnacle and not some stupid sportsbook

              So pinnacle don't me to just wait till Monday'. They returned $540 but no sign of the 1500.. Should I be worried ? It is pinnacle tho..

                    One of them was returned on Thursday (the lower amount) and today I emailed them and my $1500 still isn't found. Any advice ? @downsouth

                      Not DS, but if they both went to the same account then they will both eventually be rejected if one already has been.

                      I know it's easier for me to be confident when it isn't my own money. But I really am very confident it will happen... within a week or two at most probably.

                        They're looking into it. They said it normally takes up to 7 business days. Today being 5

                          It's been 8 business days and I haven't recieved my 2nd withdrawal back? My bank confirmed both were rejected but pinnacle is saying the third party that does their e checks has not contacted them? Any advice

                            Was informed by pinnacle that they were informed the withdrawal will be returned shortly. I'm assuming the third party took their sweet time and this delay had nothing to do with pinnacle.
