Try contacting them by a more active method (phone preferably) to see if you can get any more info.

I'd suggest just doing it a 3rd time as asked.

I very much doubt it's because someone doesn't like you. Too many people working there and too many issues to process to bother.

Are you sure all 4 corners of the document are in the photo?
Also, have a look for any glare on the photo from lights or flash, maybe they white-cover some sensitive info.

A good idea would be to search through your sent emails, find the first photo you sent them, for age-verification like you said, and re-send that.

yeah, just do as they ask. If they don't say anything else, the only thing they need is your ID. I had similar situation and after some 3-4 times they let me withdraw.

I have sent it already for a 3d time. Waiting a response that normally take 24 hours. If they are so serious why they have verified my Id during age verification process and now they request the same documents. And also why they do not explain what's wrong with my documents? They are like machines, just they do not give any details. just keep saying that we want another one. another one... another one... Very frustrating...

It is frustrating emilemil, but it's pretty common. From previous experience there isn't much you can do to speed them up. And they never tell anyone anything about the process or what their issue might be.
