heritage insider does a great job of keeping an eye out here for their customers complaints and or problems. my dealings with him has always been great. great shop.

I really like them for sports.

I really wish they would enhance their horse betting menu and allow pick 4's, 5's and 6's. That is just feedback.

Yes I know any book could add it to the menu and have poor max payouts. That doesn't mean since they have it, I would play it.

Happy they sent me an invite back in the day.

really wish i would have tried them out today.. i got invited a while back and never deposited..

Basically the same thing happened to me today at bet online.. but I never got to play anything on the board..

now i am headed down to pick up my loot.. not a fun sunday at all..

even when their rep's make simple mistakes they are right there to correct them immediately.

I've never had an issue go by without it being made right almost immediately. It's definitely a book where you don't have to worry about them doing the right thing. It's nice to have someone like Heritage Insider on here as well for updates and to address problems.

It is worth a try, if interested, to see if you could open an account. They would have record of the invite.

One minor hiccup I had about a half year ago was I made a deposit. They said there was an issue and to call blah,blah to figure it out.

I called and everything was fine, so I let Heritage know, they still said something was wrong. Even before I inquired why the funds weren't in my account, there was a $50 freeplay in my balance. It was added some minutes earlier.

I have a lot of difficulty sending funds, if you catch my drift. I can't just call blah, blah and get a refund. It isn't that easy for me. After weeks I was able to recoup the funds from blah, blah.

I came away from the experience with the impression that they realized quickly there was an issue with either the receiver, sender name, or I was given wrong info, and they couldn't get the funds and they knew I'd most likely be stuck. There is no other reason a $50 fp would be placed in my account 20 minutes after I gave the deposit info. I love the book and it is a risk I have to live with. I just wish they would have leveled with me instead of sending me on a wild goose chase with blah, blah.

Ha, yes. It is my own undoing. They could have told me what it was though.

Wasn't meant to detract. I'm thankful for playing there.
