How do you make a complaint to SBR Forum regarding a Book?

    How do you make a complaint to SBR Forum regarding a Book?
    Just curious on how you can report on a book (website) as I saw on a another thread and they were able to assist to speak to the management team to get a issue straightened out.

    I am going to be patient for a day or two regarding my rejected ** payout, but running out patience. We are talking only few hundred and not even a lot of money.

    With Bookmaker (FYI)

        Hi Phil, I edited out the payment method info you included and am about to delete your other thread.

        Please don't go into specifics about payment methods.

        And please do shoot in a complaint if it doesn't get resolved fast enough for you.

        Fair warning though, previous problems like this haven't always been fast to be resolved. I think the communication lines between the book and payment agents are not always lightning fast.

          Thanks mod for some insight. I am just very frustrated because it seemed like they knew already this method was not working well already and they yet processed this method anyways. Now stuck in the middle with a problem. 3 full days with no information whatsoever about the funds.

            The last few weeks have seen lots of issues surrounding P2P payments.

            But I think the majority of US players still want the books to carry on trying to take them despite the increased risks of problems. They are probably a bit damned if they do and damned if they don't take them right now.

            Shoot in the complaint form. SBR might be able to get a little more info about the status if nothing else.

              Optional (MOD) - Thanks AGAIN for the insight and complaint form. The payment is now moving, but it has been after 3 FULL days of work and forum use back and forth. Hoping a new method of payout won't cause anymore problems.
