Is there a problem with AsianConnect? Not able to connect.

yes, just a default web host page. From Australia.

A manager replied fairly fast but did not tell me a whole lot.

"We are experiencing some technical issues on our website at the moment. Our web hosting provider is running into some unforeseen issues which we are currently trying our best to liase with them to get them fixed as soon as possible. "

He said he would keep me up to date with the status so if he tells me an ETA I will pass it on.

At least we know they are still there ;-)

They say it will more likely be days rather than hours until the website is back.

No further explanation as to why that long.

for what it's worth i'd stay as far as possible from this outfit. extremely poor customer service, they have been linked with some despicable behavior in the past few months. very shady...the chinese just have a different way of doing business.

Not the OP but I can answer. Most of it behind the scenes. They have attempted to rob multiple players who were silenced and don't say jack because they are on payment plans. Be VERY careful of having large money with them. Seem to be okay for small players but not an out you want to have a balance that is worth jacking with.

yes i can confirm this as being true.

furthermore, it's not good to post a lot of this on sbr because that could potentially hurt sbr's relationship with asian connect. their upper management act like 12 year olds and they would be upset if they saw a lot of negative threads about them on the forum. that could make it more difficult for sbr to negotiate on players' behalf in the future.

Don't let that stop you saying what you want.

If it's fair criticism SBR wants to see it.
