Hello toall! I have opened an account with netbet 2 or 3 months ago, deposited and played for a while. I have won some money, and wednesday I had 892 euros on my account. I tried to withdraw 700 euros. Yesterday my account was frozen and I was told that I have to send documents which I send and were verified. They then called me on the phone and told me that will not pay me because according to them, I have signed up on another account with netbet.com. I sincerely do not remember that, but this maybe is true because Netbet bought last year another sportsbook and accounts from that book merged with Netbet. Netbet called me 3 times when I threatened them that I will go public with this story. the truth is that they had 3 months to tell me that I had another account with them. the most important is that I never received any bonus from Netbet. I didn't have any idea of taking bonus from them. They just do not want to pay and I hope people with learn from my experience. they will find any reason in the world just to not pay people. I have filled an official complaint to this site and I hope they will contact Netbet...

Did you have an account with bet770? They rebranded as netbet. They should have informed you of this via email.
If you're genuine and not leaving any information out, they may sympathise with you and you'll get the money.

yes I had an account to bet770. old account. netbet looks completely another sportsbook. other lines, other platform. I've done everything to receive my money but they do not respond. They know I had no bad intentions. I did not request any bonus. so I think they are just looking to take that 890 eurosComment -
