NEWS: Betonline STOLE my ** deposit - PLAYERS BEWARE!!
    Hi all,
I've just recently made a ** deposit into Betonline.ag as any other time. After a few hours without the funds hitting the account, I contacted Betonline and was told the transaction has been rejected due to empty MTCN# (They can't see/find it).
I called ** right away and to my surprise, was told that the money has been PICKED UP by the receiver.
I called Betonline again, explained the situation and the Betonline agent at one point said "They (**) lied to you because here we showed that we weren't able to pick up the funds". So I had the Betonline agent STAYED on the phone (being silent) with me while I called ** again.
After the conservation, the Betonline agent agreed with me that he heard ** confirmed that the receiver has picked up the funds. He'd report that to his supervisor to take a look into it.
The next day I received an email from Betonline saying that "the money has reimbursed to the sender".
I thought that's fine so I called ** again to check, and STILL THE SAME answer: "The money has been PICKED UP by the receiver. There is nothing more we can do unless you want to file a fraud claim".
By this time (after many many phone calls back and forth), I came across this one patient Betonline agent, who took the time to explain that the processor (a third party company) might confuse it somewhere. And they'd look into it and let me know.
However, they never get back to me. And whenever I called in to ask for the status, I'd get a new agent, and I have to explain EVERYTHING again and again, still getting the same answers: "The money has been sent back to the sender" and after pushing on, the agents would come up with: "we'd get back to you".
This cycle has gone on and on.

The deposit is small compared to the total amount I've lost to that website, that's the last thing they'd want to do to such a customer.

Operator, can you escalate this issue to any high-level Betonline personel that you know?
    I'd appreciate it very much.

P/S In the mean time, guys, please be carefully that you continue to deposit into this website until further updates from me.

Do you imagine declaring it as news that BOL stole your deposit might be helpful in your cause to get this sorted out?

People like you make me shake my head and think no wonder you have problems in life.

Given that BOL actually don't steal deposits I have no doubt the problem can be resolved. If you would like SBRs help to do that feel free to fill in a complaint form: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

Well I may have used strong words, but that's due to the frustration of all the waiting/explaining that I have to do each time I asked for an answer.
"BOL actually don't steal deposits" is like saying depositing into BOL is like depositing into a bank. Then imagine going to a bank's branch to make a deposit. Later go to the same bank's different branch and was told: "We don't have it" or "The money is returned to you". How would you feel then?

      Appreciate your link though.

I'd probably feel frustrated too. Just might have handled it a bit differently personally.

Anyway, don't worry. I'm sure we can help ;-)

You guys are being a bit hard on the OP.
the dude made a deposit using a method that is supposed to be pretty much instant, and they haven't credited his account the money.

            I'd be pissed off too

I don't blame the OP at all. Must be very frustrating.

Sounds like the Betonline agent may have taken the money???

There is no reason why Betonline shouldn't have an answer already.

OP, was your deposit made at a store or online? I used to have many issues using my DC to make transfers online, including 2 times my money was debited from my card without me getting a tracking number. The transfer service gave me the runaround for months before I had given up.

Possibly, I can be a bit of a grumpy old bastard sometimes.

People acting unfairly annoys off. (be that books or players) And honestly, quite a number of people out there turn minor solvable issues into 'big problems' simply by taking a combative/demanding attitude from the start. I agree it sounds like he hasn't had a very good CS experience with this though. If it is as he describes, I'd be annoyed too. Hopefully it will be solved ASAP.

                          Hey Sourtwist,
The deposit is at a store and by cash.

                            Guys,
The issue has finally been resolved. Their explanation is that as a courtesy, they'd credit my account with that amount due to my deposit history. However, they claimed that they still couldn't claim the money. (Even though I've been confirmed by W.U many times that it has been picked up by the receiver.)
(Imagine someone with that name, in that country out of nowhere just happens to know the MTCN# and all its info to show up & picked up the money.) Sounds like an agent turned bad for me.
But regardless, I'll take the deposit doesn't matter the explanation. Just a little hesitation on depositing again that's all.

For the harsh words up there, I don't really give a c.r.a.p b/c I'm usually an understanding guy. I was completely calm when explained the situation to them multiple times. It's just that I think their C.S should improve (simple as notations for the next agent looking into the issue) instead of pissing off customers by the runarounds & "we'll get back to you" bs.

Thank you Mod for helping if you actually did.
