The best was when their site went down on opening day of NFL a couple years ago.

Complete garbage book. All around.

Never had 1 good experience with Betonline.

customer service is not good. that's about par for the course when you deal with these places though. calling or emailing are probably more effective, i think they put the absolute most incompetent of all on the live chat

Im for making noise when you get bad CS. Squeaky wheel gets things done and we will show them this. But, to be accurate, posters have been fairly vocal that they have improved and are favorites. I think the last thing they got dogged for was eWallet options for Canadians?

Depends who u talk to in live chat, seems like some of them dont understand much english, others fix your problem in 1 min.
But i almost never need to talk to any of them, so dosent matter much.....

Its the only bookie with high odds and fast payouts (24 hours) who gives me 25-50% reload bonuses every deposit , after withdrawing much more than i deposit....

Dont mind much waiting for the livechat, i have other things to do in the mean time.... its possible to multitask, wagerjunkie, have u tryed it?
