Bet dsi very disappointed--would love some feedback
Update by SBR Admin: Hi maddenscott,

Thank you for sharing. This is fairly common. It is important to check the terms and conditions for any offer, as well as the general freeplay rules.

Opened an account late 12/13. Was given Holiday 100 bonus with $300 deposit. Had no idea that the bonus free plays expire in 6 months. Fortunately had never used them because my main account stayed "live." All I was aware of was that I needed to bet 5K to achieve the rollover to withdraw any amount from free play account. Anyway, I logged on this AM and my free play account is at 0. I did online chat...then called....that's that....they expire in 6 months....so I'm just SOL....had no IDEA.....this sucks!

The issue is I had no idea that I had 6 months....if I would have known that I certainly would have used it.

clearly stated under rules, 100 dollars is nothing to sweat over.

It was actually $300....but I get your point. Anyway, a manager there gave me a 6 month extension which was cool....so I there's that.

I'm assuming this requirement pertains to Bookmaker as well?

yup. This is in bookmaker's rules:

                        12. Free Plays that are left unused for 180 days will be removed from the account.
