That surely depends on the reasons why Matchbook and Skrill have quit.

If it's because of legal reasons, then there seems every chance that Pinnacle will follow.

But nobody seems prepared to spell out why they are quitting.

Probably it is about legal reasons since it is almost impossible for them to lose money by increasing the volume i think.

What grey area? Can all of you experts please point to the criminal code of Canada where it says making single wager bets with offshore books is illegal?

The only grey area that I am aware of is when it comes to taxes. And as far as I know, even that is not really grey as its defined you only need to pay taxes on gambling earnings is if it is your only source of income, OR you claim losses?

I suspect the grey area is to do with banking regulations and US equity owners in Matchbook and Skrill being nervous about it.
Pretty sure that Uncle Sam is behind these "management" decisions.

Oh okay. That makes sense. I thought people were referring to the actual act of betting a sporting event online is a grey area in Canada.

it has more to do with Canadian banking and being a US resident

Many people live in Canada and have Canadian Bank Accounts but were born and are USA residents

All those people are now being reported to the IRS under a new law

More American citizens live in Europe than Canada, all European banks have to report too just like canadian banks, so if thats the reason then they should get close all European accounts too, so far over 50 countries have agreed to report not just Canada

                    hi

I just heard the news today as well as I couldn't log in. This was my favorite sports most of my bets were always between +100 +111. I rarely paid he juice on this site.

I just requested a withdrawal hope there rent any issues with this.

Whats the best sportsbook that resembles matchbook.

Anyone have any issues making there last withdrawal via bank transfer.
