TOTOBET steal all my money :(
Yesterday I request for withdraw, afther this, when I ask support if I have completed wagering requirements and if I can do withdraw. They say yes of course.
    Today I get mail:
    Dear Customer,
"Kindly note that unfortunately we had to reject your withdrawal request and deduct all funds from your account due to breaking the bonus rules.
After calculating your real money and bonus usage it became clear that the funds in your account were coming from bonus winnings. However you placed bets on odds lower than 2.00 which is against the bonus rules. Therefore we needed to deduct all available funds.
Thank you for your kind understanding."
Yesterday they change Terms and Conditions after my withdraw request. And they steal my deposit too.
    What I can to do?
    Please help me!

I had the same thing although they didn't also take my deposit. I submitted an SBR complaint but didn't get any response. The remaining funds were paid out quickly at least.

I was briefly but I obviously won't be again after the problem I had.

Had a few emails with customer support about the confiscation. They processed my withdrawal after I verified ID. This was 2 months ago though don't know if they've changed.

I had a bonus. I placed a bet below minimum odds and they confiscated some winnings. I tried to argue this with customer services but they wouldn't have any of that so I just verified my account and withdrew what was left.

Oh I see. I had bonus too, and I had on account 390€. I place request to withdraw 150, but they completly clear my account. I have 0€ on account now and no withdraw money

                          And today I recieve email:

"We apologise for the inconvenience, however upon the review of your withdrawal it became clear that you did not satisfy the turnover requirements.

Thank you for your kind understanding."

I dont know, what i can respond them.

Totobet does have a "unique" set of bonus rules.

Basically if you accept a bonus the terms say you must bet the entire total of cash+bonus funds in one bet, and do it four times consecutively before making any other bet, to meet the bonus conditions.

@Revo933 probably best not to respond whilst I am still talking to them.

They "stole" your money not steal. That's your English lesson for the day.
