Wire transfer deposit to Pinnacle then withdraw with instadebit

I'm from Canada. Just wondering has anyone did a wire transfer deposit to pinnacle through their bank before. I have been using instadebit for a long time however their deposit limits are too low. Since from what I've read pinnacle will reimburse the wire transfer service fee. My question is after depositing, can I withdraw using different method like instadebit or do I have to do wire transfer back to bank.

Any experience and complication doing this would be helpful. Transfer under 10k? or does it matter . Would they ask to provide a reason of transfer?
