Same here. They told me they are not providing any compensation for the website issue and this from an account holder that make 15+ deposits on the last 30 days.

They did here as well. I was not a part of the "outage" so I told the to keep the FP, I was only commenting about them in general. I appreciated them asking though. Most places wouldn't.

I wanted to make a deposit to bet on early soccer, Belgium,Russia , but was unable to make one because of your website being down. I tried to log on and waited assuming the problem would be fixed expeditiously but by 11:30 because of arcane restrictions set by your processor i gave up making a deposit

ps stopped after 11:30 because ** requires a 30 minute wait before funds are posted
