    Bwin "ID card question"
    Greetings,

First of all, this is my first post here.

I've an issue, that could probably have no solution.

I'm currently 17 years old, but I've created a bwin account. So apparently, I'm able to deposit money there, without providing my ID card, so I can bet and earn some money.

Now when I want to withdraw my money out bwin, the bwin system prompts me to scan my ID card and send them, which I cannot do because I'm 17 years old yet.

Now my question is, I'm making 18 years old in 2 months, but my birthday date in bwin is 1993. So, do you think in 2 months time I provide bwin my ID card, with my real birthday date (1996) in order to withdraw the money, they will make me any problems ?

Is there a way to change my birthday date on bwin account settings(If there is I cannot find it) ?

    Thank you in advance

Considering what you said there is a very big chance you will not see any money from them, maybe they will refund your deposits

For sure wait and try and switch, if you sent ID now they would confiscate funds. BWIN does some hardcore investigations into clients. Had an account suspended for two weeks while they went through their verification process once. There is still a chance that they catch it when you do the birthday switch, maybe have someone of age create an account and do a poker dump then play a little with the money so they do not say anything about the chip dump.

You should be lucky if they send you back your deposit. You broke most important rule.

            Bwin's T&Cs state:
"You may only use the Services if You are 18 years of age or over (or such other higher minimum legal age in Your jurisdiction) and it is legal for You to do so according to the laws that apply in Your jurisdiction."
            ...
"You acknowledge that underage gambling is not acceptable and we may refer any attempts to do so to the Gambling Commissioner (*) who may refer the matter to customer’s local prosecution authorities."

            (*) - Gibraltar presumably.

You can't edit your birthday at bwin.Bwin does not even list the birthday at you "Account Details"

I think you will get your deposit back and winnings confiscated.
