i signed up at JUST.BET several days ago , thught they may be something ok. i made an initial 100deposit as i always do with sites, took their 100% match bonus and managed to lose most of it friday night , not proud to say. Anyway, went to my baseball fantasy draft yesterday, and upon arriving home last night saw that nasty look in the wifes eyes! Some ****ing bimbo from justbet called my house on sat. afternoon telling me on a voice mail message that my account has a zero balance and she could give me a !00% reload bonus again. Big ****ing deal as to now the wife is pissed that i have a betting account. After all these years, i have never had Voice Messages left by some idiot from a betting service. I would not EVER make another deposit with these MORONS, I just thought i would pass this on!

#5I got a funny bookmaker call a week or so back. He didn't ask me for a deposit or anything, just said he wanted to let me know I had a march madness entry and how on the site to find it.
Strange cold call lol.Comment -

Why didn't you ask them not to call you? Most reasonable people would ask the CS clerk to make a note not to call and I am positive they would adhere to your request.
I personally love it when my guy calls and offers a special bonus to me once in awhile.
If you are sneaking around and not wanting your wife to know, fine, but calling someone an idiot and a moron for simply offering to help you?
I just thought i would pass this on also.Comment -

#10I donno.
I signed up with them for the SBR contest, they cold called me first thing this morning with their 100% free play bonus offer, I said sure and sent them some money. A coin flipping monkey can beat a book who offers a 100% free play 10X. So why not take the free money?Comment -

#12Where is this 100% match you speak of? I signed up for an account so I can play in the bracket contest, however haven't made a deposit yet.
Sounds like a pretty good deal.Comment -

#13Yeah, it is a pretty good deal. Guess they have to cold call you to get it though lol.
I actually like all cold calls, gives you a chance to play "let's make a deal". The funniest ones of course are the ones from books who have already banned you, you can act innocent and say "I would like to play, but for some reason my login doesn't work. Can you fix it?"Comment -

#15damn that blows, u better break it down to your wife and tell that bitch to make you a pie, while you get online and gamble... blame a site u signed up with for calling you to offer you a bonus, time to look at your relationship and decide who is going to wear the pants from here on out. Tell her she better go get you some waffle fries.. for free bitch!Comment -

#16Just for the record.
Slapshot was responded to his concern and the book apologized for the misunderstanding.
And also got a compensation for the trouble (not like dark star mentions) but at least something
to go and play with for a while.Comment -

#17Almost all US facing books do phone marketing people should make the book aware of the no calls desired.
Almost all the A to B rated books on SBR use these personalized service methods.
While some clients dislike this.. most clients like the fact that when they get the call they are getting a better deal and more bang for their buck.Comment -

#20Agreed trix trix.
My point is that they are sponsoring a contest, a bonus equivalent of 50% is more than fair, and I should be able to scalp that out pretty easily.Comment
