I went to deposit at bovada ,a inconsequential amount of 20 dollars via my pp card but soon realize i was 3 cents short because a previous deposit which had been overcharged 46 cents. I call and was told that this out of their control and that it's a rigid policy which i understood but still upset you that couldn't help. Then few days i load the sufficient amount but keep getting declined so i am left incredulous because i was precise this time and soon learn i am being overcharged. I have called bovada but frankly feel they are apathetic about their customers and treat them as much. They are extremely unprofessional but they are top notch when comes to soccer . Any suggestion on another good rec book?
