I know before Christmas I got an email saying they were pulling out of the Canadian market, then a few weeks later they decided to come back in. Just got a call from a buddy of mine and told me when he tried to register there today he got a pop up message we are no longer accepting clients from your country. This place really needs to make up their minds very indecisive.
