book not grading series bet until it ends is this normal?

the book in question is 5dimes. I had the spread of +2.5 for a series and the team has already covered the +2,5 but I am being told they won't grade it until the series ends. Is this standard or should I request they grade it as the bet has already been settled.

Yeah is standard in case a game is rained off and not played again till later in the year, in which case bets would be void on the series.
