so let me get this, I registered at Jetbull and place a bet
mlb-detriot -cleveland,but game is not played
in aprox 11h in morning i have enter to jetbull and see that money is not on jetbull so i chat with agent and i got info thad if game is not pleyed after 24 game will be voided.ok
in aprox 18h i have check if is money on jetbull butt its still not so i call chat agent 1x more time and she told me after the consultation said that the matches will be played tonight, and that bet will not be canceled.
i have chek if is bet still on in 23:28 and game is still placed.today i have checked acc and i see only deposit.after chat they told me thad i have mail and my bet is voidet:bet is canceled in 3.38h(after is played and over)my bet is winn but they is not payng winings

As we earlies informed you via e-mail: The mentioned bet was canceled due to a settlement error. The match has not been played on the day it was scheduled, therefore the bet was voided.
In such cases Jetbull reserve the right to void the bets

i'm sorry, but isn't the problem here a chat operator that made a mistake? the void seems to be consistent with their rule-book.

game will be void if game will not be played after 24H and they void game after is over,why did thay void game before?or they just wait to see if game is lost then will declare game lost,ih is win then just declare void

Were the starting pitchers named when you struck bet? Best off avoiding markets where starting pitchers not named, seems like confusion on behalf of both parties.

Jet bull is a scam.they are a tiny bookmaker that didn't pay the welcome bonus to me.it cost me 100$ to get to know them stay away from them
