#2with so many good books out there, people that use crappy, no-name, white label, fly-by-night books deserve to lose their money
these books have no brand value to protect so they have no motivation to cooperate with sites like sbr
nowadays, people sweat payment from even the best of books, playing at these mickey mouse books is like sending your money to a nigerian 'prince'Comment -

#4Scaring... A "bookmaker" that refuses to send you your balance and that doesn't answer emails and doesn't give any precise reason... Hoping your problem will be resolved. Since you already posted complaint, all you can do now is post bad comments about Rivalo everywhere on the net, hoping that will make Rivalo react... It's not good for them to let everyone know they are scam !Comment -

#9I am in a battle right now with gotohcc.com right now. You are 100% correct. If you don't use the A rated books at least the majority of them, you are asking for trouble.Comment -

#12i deposited R$1000 on my rivalo account and received R$1000 as bonus bet.i made my bets, fullfilled the bonus rollover conditions and asked for withdrawal after sending my id, proof of adress and picture holding my id. My balance was R$4800 so after 3 days that i made withdrawal to my bank account i sent then an email asking why the money haven´t reached my account. It was on the weekend and after that i didn´t check my email during the weekend. On monday i checked my email and were received 2 emails:
1- asking me to update my phone number
2- saying that they closed my account because they cannot call meI checked my account and update my phone number, advising rivalo that they can call me to confirm my informations.
They refused to call me and removed R$3800 (just leaving R$1000 that i deposited). All me other informations were right, it was a little mistake with my phone number that now i´ve already updated, so they are cleary stealing my money and don´t giving a shit about call me to clarify it.
I hope SBR can help me in this situation, i don´t know what can i do.
My username is iedinhacard

#14Did you submit a complaint form already iedinhacard?
Rivalo has provided comment on this thread - they claim that the player is actually a woman, not male as claimed, and that the same registration details were shared with another player who had already received a bonus. The sportsbook tried calling the player to verify her details but the person who answered had no knowledge of a Rivalo betting account. Rivalo has argued that this constitutes bonus abuse and also false registration details and is only willing to refund the player's deposit.Comment -

#15Yes i am woman. Who claimed that i am man? They have my id, proof of adress and picutre holding my id, they obviouly know that i am woman.
As i explained the phone number was wrong at first, and i updated this information accordingly. Because that when they called the person didn´t know about rivalo, it wasn´t my number.
1- No one share my details as i live by myself, its not true.
2- No one called me to the number UPDATED
It wasn´t false registration details, it was only a mistake. They can call me when they like and we can clearify this situation, but they are not showing goodwill because its easier take my money and create false histories.Comment -

A sportsbook in the D range is not going to give you a mulligan to re-verify your account if they can connect you to another player that has profited with the same bonus, so accuracy of information is absolutely essential.Comment -

#18I think 2 numbers were differents. I don´t know why they are telling that my account is related with other account, they should call me to clearify this situation. I know it was a big mistake but i didn´t care about that because i sent my id, proof of adress and picture holding my id, they approved it more than 1 week before i made my withdrawal request.
What do you think should i do?Comment -

#19How many digits was the first phone number off by from your actual number? If it were a typo with only one digit wrong for instance, i.e. your number is 123-4567 and you accidentally typed in 123-4568, that'd be something to look at.

I replied you on the other comment, i just would like to add that it was a recharge bonus. At least they have to pay the money that i won from my deposit (R$2400)Comment
