From disgruntled Heritage customer: How have regulars been treated at DSI lately?
I had been a loyal Heritage customer for a while until they started crapping on me with horrible customer service, I was lied to by their GM and then was denied a free monthly payout in a supposed "change of policy." So, I left them and went back to DSI, which I had used in the past and now realize that, in comparison to the poor treatment from Heritage, they aren't so bad. My question is...have most DSI customers here been happy with the way that DSI has treated them? Not sure if I should stick with DSI or look for other options. I like a poker option attached to a book.

    Thanks in advance.

Not true. You can use 7850 bet points (which is only $7850 in action), 10000 points if you're not a diamond member . They also offer free payouts via DC once every 30 days. Stop making shi.t up when you have no idea what you're talking about

All the books mentioned in this thread were voted to poster top 5. It probably comes down to the best fit and what each is looking for.

Bill, this isn't rocket science. The customers are looking for decent (doesn't have to be great) customer service, fair policies and, most importantly, to get paid. Simple. If a book can accomplish this, they will make plenty of money AND the customer will enjoy the experience. To be treated like crap on a consistent basis is not fun for anyone.

disgruntled players who were kicked to the curb, players who had their "wife" playing under their account, players who are addicted to gambling wanting refunds, etc.

Yeah there sure are a lot of complaints about Heritage...and they are all hilarious.

Why would "disgruntled players who were kicked to the curb" be so hilarious? Wouldn't it matter what the circumstances were? I wasn't kicked to the curb but was just curious how you came to the conclusion that this would be "hilarious?"
