Can't change passwd on 5dimes(Feb 13,2014)

I just talk to live chat, so after giving out my user name & password I want to change it.
I request password change at 5dimes, so it suppose sent me an email contain code & links I believe but I do not get any email from them, not even in the spam folder.

I request about 5 times but no email. I max out my password request for today. I want to check my personal info to see if hacker change my email address but no way to view personal info on 5dimes either.

I am getting paranoid, can someone tested 5dimes password change & let me know if work or not. I would be greatly appreciated.
