average wait on a complaint?

self-explanatory. I filed a complaint with a bitcoin book over a week ago, haven't been contacted yet. They won't let me cash out 2.725 due to correlated parlays. (graded). Not sure if I should say the name of the book because they are willing to work with you (I told them, they were cool with it) and dont want any bad publicity towards them. .. yet


if takes longer than that fine, just making sure it didn't slip through the tracks

nobody? I'm not trying to hurry the process at all.. just trying to figure out how long it usually takes to get to one's complaint, so I know it's not lost on the jumble or something. should I re-file?
