BETDSI - Potential Payout Issue

I've been with SBR since 2007, and this is the first payout issue I've encountered, and would greatly appreciate some advice in my experience to help calm my nerves.

OK, I've received 3 payouts from BETDSI in the past 5 weeks or so, haven't had an issue!

Well, now I have run into one! I requested a payout on Friday through. I was given a r on Friday afternoon. I proceeded to visit two separate locations in my home state Friday night, both of which stating the MTCN Number could not be found in their system. I contacted BETDSI, and their Payouts Department is telling me it's been confirmed that the funds were already picked up. I definately didn't get my hands on $1 dollar here guys.

I've been sending and receiving money through for a long time, never having an issue. I'm being told that if I didn't pick up the funds (which I didn't) then I must request a proof of payment from . and email it to them. What does that even mean? If they can't even find the mtcn in the system, how are they going to provide me anything? I'm being told . can tell me who they gave the funds to, and can provide me a print out of the receive? Something tells me they won't give me anything, but I'll try tonight.

Does anyone have experience having to go through this route to get paid? I worked my a$$ off for this money, and I want what's rightfully mine ASAP.

Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

Not sure where my post went, but it was nominated, and which I could see in my posts. I still have yet to receive my money from this mixup. After 1 week, I was still told last Friday that they have yet to get in contact with the processor, but they assured me I would get my money. I was told they would contact me directly, which I'm starting to get anxious. It's almost 10 days since I brought it to their attention. The funny thing is a week later (last Friday) I requested a M..oney...G..ram payout, and just received it in full today. This makes me think my original W.U. will get resolved in time.......I'll keep yall updated.

Both were 4 figs! The one I just collected was just a touch more then the W.U. still unpaid.

I would try to work it out with ** or ** AND DSI first before posting any more. This sounds like A either they gave you the wrong refernce MTCN or B it was an inside job. Either way it will be a major PITA for you so tread lightly with both parties. I have confidence DSI will make it right.

PD77.....I agree with you 100%. I started this thread just to keep everyone updated with regards to how long the issue is resolved. I started it 2 weeks ago Friday, but it was either moved or deleted for some reason. I don't think there's anything wrong with keeping the sbr community up-to-date with how these issues are resolved and the length. There is nothing to work out with W.U. because the number provided doesn't exist in their system, no record of it.

Gotcha, didnt realize it had been going on for two weeks, looks like your original post was edited or butchered up some how. I guess the M T C N wouldnt show up for you either on W.U.'s site then? I'm also guessing you have double and triple checked the number with DSI as well. My next step would be to get through to DSI managament or DSI relations on here. If that doesnt work or didnt work either SBR or another third party will have to get involved on your behalf. By all means I see why you started the thread Regul8er, keeping this thread alive will go a long way towards getting this resolved. Sorry I can't be of much help but you are doing the right thing and I still believe DSI will make it right in the long run.
