    My horror with scam book Matchbook
    4 or 5 years ago i opened an account at Matchbook but never used it before.

    2 month ago i decided to give them a try and deposited USD 2000 via Neteller

    I placed a few NBA bets

    2 weeks ago, i tried to login but i couldn´t

    I wrote an email to accounts@matchbook.com and asked them whats going on.

    They replied that my account has been put on temporary hold as they have not received identity verification documents.

    I send them a copy of my passport (front and back) and bank statement immediately.

    Since then, nothing happened.

    I send them 5 or 6 emails in the meantime but all are unanswered.

    And my account is still closed.

    I filled an SBR complaint form, Matt answered me that KYC can take some time and thats all.

    Since that SBR isn´t interested.

    My account is still closed.

    No chance to get any answer from matchbook and SBR isn´t interested

    Great sponsor book!

    I´m pissed!

    Keep quiet YPS, i understand that you must worry about your money but your account should be re-opened very shortly, even if it's a bit long with verification. Never had any problem with matchbook for now, your money is quite sure there

            Why don't you contact them via Live chat ? They offer that service, and that way you'll be sure to be answered instantly

              Ok, but i never experienced before that a book needs 2 weeks to verify a account

              ....and much worse - not replying to emails for 2 weeks.

              They should answer and telling me someting like
              "Dear customer, please be patience, the verification took 6 weeks" or something

              ...and everything would be ok for me

                  I haven´t found live chat. Where is it? I only found email and telephone
                  You have to login to use live chat: log in and then, in the top right hand corner, in "help and learning" you'll find "chat with live support team", under the phone numbers

                      Ah yes indeed, sorry...Well in your situation email or phone are the only ways to contact them so. I hope they'llverify your documentation and answer you shortly. Don't hesitate to send them message again...And keep us informed.

                          They suspended me for the same reason recently - but sorted it within a few hours of me sending my docs. Got a withdrawl in a few hours last night too.

                                Live chat buttom is down on the right side. It is nonsense that you have to log-in for live chat.

                                              Hello again,

                                              problem is solved now.

                                              After Matchbook don´t reply to any of my ... i guess 8 or 9 emails... for 2 weeks,
                                              they send me 4 emails this Thursday. They apologize for the delay.

                                              Everything´s ok now.
