What are the default limits for NCAAB and NCAAF sides?

As for default limits... I am new to Bet Phoenix and asked them this plus MLB - ML and their answer was:

Well... I went through live chat and apparently they couldn't or it is against some policy not to answer the question via live chat so they are emailing me the answer... hmm...

If your question was answered before, I apologize for posting it again, I just didn't see the limit question answered...

It has been 25 min... I did find the following on their site:

Not sure if that is a blanket Max, seems strange, but hey, if I ever receive that email and it is different, I will post an update...

Oh and that quote said Call Center $20K per call, hmm, so can you keep calling betting 20K each time? lol... I doubt that... but you never know...
