pinnacle account suspended due to ********** problem, has anyone had this

So i failed to deposit via **********, and they froze my account, however i warned pinnacle in advance to put my deposit on hold, this morning iwake up - and see my pinnaclesports account has been suspended temporarily.
Will my winnings there be safe? It is a reliable sportsbook etc, however i just want to make sure - all the money i won were made out of real deposits - it is just that last time i hit deposit instead of wothdraw on there website and of course - i didn't have that mucvh in my bank account - that's what caused the problem.
Are my money safe, any advicer from you guys to unfreeze my acct?
I have messaged them already asking.
Did anybody have an issue like that?

So you already had money in your Pinnacle account, you accidentally hit Deposit, followed through with the next steps and actually did a Deposit....

You then realized that you accidentally followed through with a Deposit, notified them, and never used the accidental Deposit money AT ALL?????

My question would be how do you go all the way through the following steps after accidentally hitting Deposit instead of withdraw?????

If you already had a balance and didn't actually use ANY of the accidentally deposited funds I think they should correct it for you. If anything other than you say happened you're up the creek.

Sounds like a tilt freeroll gone bad. It's been a long time since I've had the privilege of playing at Pinnacle but why didn't you move funds in your account to cover the deposit and why do you say "of course - i didn't have that mucvh in my bank account"?

ok they have sorted it out today - and ********** is more pain in the ass then them. they still want confirmation from pinnacle and slow on response.
I don't have money of course - is cause i just filed for immigration to canada - and all of my operating money have been expended - that's why i was so much desperate for a withdrawal.

I'm not following exactly but if you deposited with funds that you didn't have through a wallet method and won some bets, it doesn't sound good. Let us know what happens.

your funds are safe, pinnacle are very fair, but if you try to steal them your account will never be open.
