I regiser my account on 03 november 2013, make a deposi and won is about 10 000 EUR, on 08 november my account was suspended and marathonbet.com request my documents. I sent one kind of docs and wait is about week, after they request another kind of documents and again wait is about week, last time i sent my documents on 14 november and 20 december i received next email:
Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked whilst we have been conducting a routine review.
Immediately i contact them by chat they didn't give me any information and timeframes. On 20 december also i sent an email to marathonbet.com management, yesterday and today i contact them by chat about my email request, and twice agent told than they will contact me at the same day but i still not receive any reply from them, and they don't want to give any information by chat.
