    Luckia problem! Need help. SCAM
    Hello all,

I am new on this forum and do not know if it was already issue with somebody else, but the reason I am here is that I am a little bit over 500 eur balance on Luckia.es, I am from Peru and made a deposit of 500 eur on their ONLY SPANISH website, it was never ever mentioned that only Spanish people can withdraw.

Therefore, the main point here is, that everyone who understands Spanish can make a deposit and they allow making a bets, but when you are trying to withdraw the money they tell, its impossible due to that you are not Spanish and you do not have NIE number, which applies only for Spanish citizens.

I find it as very abusive actions, since if you do not let others than Spanish to play with you, you need to restrict on deposits and registrations, as in registration form its possible to choose any of the country.
You are allowed to deposit as much as you need, no limitations, no warning messages, no nothing – just deposit and play.
SBOForum should take some actions, since I have information, that they are the same as unibet, but for Spanish market, so it should be somehow regulated.

Please help me and others not to fail into such a trap and get my money back.

    Sorry for my messy English

Well the answer, why I deposited 500 eur, they had a good odds and I bet it, so there is no need to make even a turnover of the money.
I just wanted to withdraw the entire bankroll, as this is a normal human practice and got some stupid feedback, that ONLY SPANISH players are accepted, so WHY they take deposits, WHY they accept registrations from ROW, WHY they allow to bet ROW players?

Its a clear scam system, and I am sure I am not only the one. I sent a complaint, thanks for the link to SBR, will see how they will react.

You wont see a penny of your 500 euro. Better check reviews before you deposit into any book.

There are no such a bad reviews over the internet, also this site is under government control, but I want to state here is:

          a) they accept customers from ROW
          b) they accept deposits from ROW
          c) they allow to bet customers from ROW

and they do not let you to withdraw, because you are not a Spanish!
The ridiculous is, that the site is written only in Spanish, so guys like me living in Peru and talking only in Spain will understand what is written on the webage and will make a deposit, since the offers are kindda nice.

As I stated, I completed a complaint on SBR and I wish guys to take an immediate actions against such a policy and return my money.

Also the main reason here, is to push the Luckia site to inform players that they will not give the money to non-spanish people.

What a scam !!!!How dare they accept deposits from non-spanish and then say they don't accept non-spanish. If they only accept spanish, there should be only one possible country in the registration form!: SPAIN. That's frightening to see what some bookmakers can try to do ...

Just a quick update, Luckia told that I need to login to my account and order a withdrawal, so I hope that is because SBR contacted them, but the funny story begins, first I couldnt login to my account, since it was blocked after a while they unlocked my account and told to withdraw the money, but it is still impossible, as the option in available only for Spanish customers, such a scam site, and they still allow to register from ROW, Deposit, place a bet....

no money, and no response from either SBR either Luckia.
When I try to contact support, they always say, that I need to request a withdraw, which I cannot perform due to their technical issues.

Please SBR help to solve this tiny issue.
