I can not believe it but I already have a complaint. This is what happened and this is my email to them. I entered the Roulette table and after watching a dealer change at sometime around 11:30-11:40 est standard time I placed my first wager. I placed $5 dollars on 17 and $3 dollars on 34. Not knowing the minimum bet is $5 dollars, I saw the ball land on 17 and I actually couldn't believe I hit! I was expecting a payout when the wheel began to spin again and I noticed in my account I still had $8 dollars. I began typing to the pitboss and out of confusion I tried placing a $1 dollar bet to see what would happen. It said that the bet did not meet the table minimum requirements and so I continued to type to the pitboss asking questions. The response appeared to be an auto response and it said something like," your wager was not recognized"...... I couldn't believe it! So I tried placing another bet because I began to think I was at a $10 dollar minimum table and it might be possible that I was in the wrong. So I placed a $5 dollar bet on 17 again,just to see if it accepted it, and low and behold it did. I then knew that I did the same exact thing and I should have been paid out on the $5 dollar bet. I remember placing $5 dollars on 17 I saw that my account balance read $3 dollars and so I placed $3 dollars on 34 my account then read $0... The wheel spun and wham, the ball landed on 17 and I couldn't believe it.
I'm not sure the exact hand number because keep in mind this was the first time I ever placed a bet on Roulette and I was waiting to get paid when the wheel began to spin and a new hand history number registered. Hand number 5066793 is the hand that I logged out on and I called customer service who told me to email this to you.
I am documenting this on SBR sports forums and I am going to update them on the progress of this matter and how Youwager decides to handle this matter.
I expect you to find that everything I stated is accurate and that I will be paid out on my $5 dollar wager. Once this matter is resolved I will promptly register that in the forums and let everyone know that it was a mistake and that youwager paid out as they should.

If you plan on using Youwager for casino or poker just save your money now man! Their sportsbook is top notch no question however, playing in their casino and poker room is a guaranteed losing lifetime endeveour. 8+ yrs with youwager. youwager cracks me up, I emailed my "account rep" inquiring about a bonus, 30 seconds later I get a reply you're account is know handled by customer service.I reply I've had 5 different guy email me about specials as "my account rep" before. They said we have to be fair to all employee's. Anyway I was in the market to make a fat deposit that day. BetPop and YouWager are pretty much the same book. I recommend any time you open an online account immediately request that they disable the casino function.
