They Say "They are having technical difficulties with Neteller at the moment and are looking to solve it" that is why the withdrawal was refunded.

I was going to join and deposit using the same method !

Many advised me to use SKRILL , seems they are right !

I think you should wait but keep asking in Live-Chat . withdraw small amount them small amount ,, etc etc
