Enterbet and GoToCasino are the most prevalent with complaints.

gotocasino (SBR rating D-) player told sportsbook does not have funds to pay
Player: hi, i requested my payout by way of fed ex, i requested $500 from my account and i have been told at least a dozen times by goto that they are waiting on some funds to come in befor they can send me a payout
The player requested his funds one month ago. Players owed above six figures have been told that payouts are "backed up from football season."

I've received a report from player that he has now been paid, after the shop was contacted multiple times by SBR.

I'd suggest avoiding this outfit entirely. Any company that openly admits being "backed up" or "waiting on funds" is one that you don't walk, you run away from.

i joined a week ago and hit them up for about 1500$ in winnings in a matter of 3 days from several small bets. i was told my payout would be processed by 5pm est on monday and to call asking for barry or pablo. Well i did that and they were not their. Im now told my payout will be processed tuesday and to call after 5pm asking for once again pablo or barry. DO I OR ANYONE ELSE SEE A SCAM HERE?

cause i do....this website needs to get shut down in some possible way and im willing to help in whatever way it takes to shut them down AFTER i get my 3500$ i have on the site......

GoTo has been around a long time. They were in biz before SBR so at least 10 years. But I beleive this book is run by Ticos. They are always on a shoe string. This is a very low volume book. You throw a $100 bet into this book they are sweating the game.

well i was told they dont have the money to pay me....in 2 weeks im told they will have a better time frame for my money! wtf is that shit...the guy pablo sounds like a nice great guy...its just his sportsbook is taking a beating...and its killing and losing his customers....i even asked to just give me my deposit money back...also...he also tells me when ppl deposit with him. they dont get the money right away...i used *************...if he dont get the money where the **** is it???? he better give me money QUICK or my account will be at 10-15 grand by next week..i love and know all about hockey....i nailed the flyers tonigh +145

It would be a mistake to continue playing into them while they are stalling you for a payout. They are hoping you will so that you can lose your profits back.

This thread was started in part because of a case identical to yours, player wins, player is stalled for a while and told they do not have the funds on hand to pay him, after enough pressure they pay.

Please keep us posted, and be consistent with them. They give SBR the same runaround that they give account holders, but with enough persistence they should pay you.

yes i said that to them they are waiting for me to lose it all back..but im not that clumsy....i seriouslly need help here..i need someone to give me advice on how to get my payouts within the next week, i never had this trouble before...now that i think about it...they could just say **** you..and never payout...and there isnt a thing i can do

Scam artists GOTO Entertainment or IBET Casino

I asked for a payout of $7000 in Jan 2009 one of the partners paid me a bit then he went away. I got my account up to $18000 and was only paid $550 in 19 weeks. I was calling everyday on the hour and always told that I should get something the next week. Nothing. After one of the Managers Pablo accused me of writing on the web about Goto casino. I never did so he put the idea out there so here I am.
Stay away from GOTO entertainment. They are crooks and a scammers.
I hate them soo much. I was a customer for a long time but never had a payout. Im the stupid one.

Why do people continue to play at dodgy books...sometimes you have to be burnt before the message sinks in. If you lay down with dogs you get fleas. Sorry if that sounds harsh but you don't here these stories about A rated books. I'd rather take less in promotions and percentages and know I am going to be paid in real dollars when the time comes for withdrawal rather than playing for mickey mouse money at these stiff books
