YOUWIN complaint

I filled sportsbookreview complaint about YOUWIN closing my account and confiscating my money without valid reason week ago. I was playing with them almost year making many value bets and finally they decided to take my money saying that I had duplicate account(which I dont have and have no reason to make any more than 1 account)

So I filled form with sportsbookreview but nothing happens for week now. How long usually it takes for sportsbookreview to check my story with YOUWIN and say their verdict?

Also on YOUWIN site is banner that they are licenced in Isle of Man. Well as it turns out - they are not(because I wrote to Isle of man commission about them), so I wonder how book which is confiscating players money and giving misleading info about place they are licenced can have rating "C" on SBR?

When I was reading reports on how YOUWIN or other sportsbook confiscates players money I was thinking same -
"That guy is bonus abuser" or "that guy is playing from internet cafe" "that guyt must be doing somethin wrong "and so on
I was thinking "This can never happen to me"
And now this has happened. This can happen to everyone. Because YOUWIN can say anything, they dont have to have proof, they just take your money.
Thing like this is unbelievable. If it was local book I can go to police, but what I can do now?
