Sportsbook.ag new withdrawal option

So i talked to this agent named alex, and he said that if i withdraw using check option. he will change in his computer to put in a cash person to person payout which takes 2-3 weeks. (its a new withdrawal method i guess) he said everything is good. but when i go through my recent transactions, it still says "check withdrawal option" as my withdrawal method...



....any thoughts?
