I've never had Diamond call me. I have Bookmaker call me every month or 2, which doesn't bother me at all.

For the record though, Diamond is one of the best sportsbooks you can play at.

I don't think you will have a problem with constant calls from Diamond.

Welcome to the club, Blitty. I thought I'd escaped them, but the calls seem to come in waves. I'll get two weeks where they call my cell three times a day, and then a couple weeks with no calls. Definitely the worst thing that's ever come of my experience on SBR. Not that it's the end of the world, but damn it sure is annoying, especially when they refuse to take you off their call sheet. You expect more professionalism from such a high rated book.

i got calls from DSI when i signed them up, but after 3 calls, they just stopped. all i said is that can you give me some free plays. whatever they tell you, just be firm that there is no way you;re going to deposit until they give you 300 in free play. that way they'll realize it is a waste of time.

if you just get pissed and hang up, they'll just keep calling. be firm....you want THEM to give you some money.

Why would I lie? They called me from a 786 #. Its not that big of a deal they called, Im used to that from bookmaker, and a few others. But it was the response that I was given by this guy that got me upset.

Whenever this topic comes up and people ask for help, SBR stays silent on the subject.

Never ever give out your real number. Or better yet get a www.grandcentral.com number that you can give out.

They graded my wager wrong and giving me the run around once again. I had Toulouse/Lille Under 2 in French Cup Soccer and get graded as a push. Both goals were scored in overtime as you can see LiveScore.com. I had this game graded right at Bodog and CW. Of course SBR won't do anything about it since they put these threads on ignore.

Did you fill out a SBR complaint form?

If you did, then they will get back to you. I did read yesterday someone has been waiting for help so maybe they are backed up.

Dude, seriously. 4328958943258943 different people have talked about repeated cold calls from Cris/BM/DSI after asking out in about that many different threads. They aren't lying. Your book is absolute dogshit at handling anything off-script. Face it.

Yeah, that's one reason I hesitate to make an new account with any betcris books now. I have accounts with betonfighting and diamond and as soon as I stopped betting they'd call to try to talk me into depositing money. I told them to stop calling me 3 or 4 times each before they actually did. But I think they just gave up, I don't actually think they have a do no call list.

Having telemarketers call is bad enough, but that's not what really pissed me off. As a gambling website, you'd think they'd know that a lot of their bettors want to be discrete about their gambling. These fools would call and first thing they'd say is something like "hey it's X from diamond sportsbook! How's it going?" without even knowing who they're talking to, or they'd leave a msg for me to call them back my machine.

Something ppl should know about the betcris family.
