Thanks for reply, Scorpion. I called them and they said that nothing was wrong with the site. If you guys could please try to bring the site up in your browser - betusa.ag - and report what happens I would appreciate it. I can not bring up this site on any computer or phone. I am confused as to why they would take this site down on Sunday morning and their support would not be aware of this problem. Thanks!

down for me too since last night. appears that they have closed their doors...along with my bankroll. they have never been down this long and ive been with them for years.

Just spoke with them said the servers are down (obviously) and they are expecting to get it back up and running but have no estimated time when that will happen.

i asked for an ETA too and they couldnt give me one. also asked if my money is safe and of course they said yes. not sure i believe them.

I just contacted them and they claimed that the site is working fine, then I found this thread. Not something good. Hopefully it's back up soon.

Hi, guys. They told me to remove cookies and temporary files from my browser and now it works

Why do you guys think they took it down all day?

It wasn't cookies, because noone could get on, and I tried everything including different computers and phones.

That is terrible on their part to take a site down on football sunday most of the day and not notify their customers of anything. The least they could do is apologize for this and explain what happened. Removing cookies and temporary files may work now, but it did not work all day long.

It was probably just a coincidence, It just came back just as I had removed them. You'd expect better from a B rated book, having the site down on the most important day of the week is unacceptable.
