    bet click withholding payment
Hello I am having trouble getting a rather trivial amount of £17.75 out of bet click.

Looking over my emails it looks like I requested this withdrawal on January 31st.

I have another email from them also received on 31st January confirming they have received my photo ID.

Then on 2nd February I received another email asking for me to send them my photo ID before receiving the withdrawal to which I obviously replied that I had already done this and could they please confirm and proceed with the withdrawal.

February 5th I had had no reply and sent them a further email asking them why I had still not received anything.

Still no word the day after and I sent them this email

    "Hello

I have just inspected my account and the withdrawal I requested many days ago is not showing within my account transactions.

I also noticed that my "monthly maximum deposit" has been set to £17.75

I have no idea why this has been set but this is the figure that I requested for withdrawal.

If you look over my account transactions including deposits, bets and winnings my account should now total £17.75.

But in fact my account is displaying £0 and after several emails to you requesting the clearance of my withdrawal I have still not received it.

Seeing this figure in "monthly maximum deposit" makes me believe that this is a genuine error on your part.

However, not having any replies to the emails I have sent you I deem to be bad customer service.

Kindly investigate this and resolve this problem by the end of tomorrow or I shall be forced to seek further assistance in regaining these funds.

    Kind Regards
    Name Edited"

Then the following day I got a reply asking if I had received the email dated 2nd Feb.

To which I replied saying yes, I have checked my account and my ID documents are showing as validated and why they have not sent me payment.

Now it's two days later and I've had enough.

    Can you help please?

      Hello

I just read through a few other posts after I made this thread and I have seen other suggestions to fill out this complaint form.

Please note I have just filled this out and forwarded all email correspondance over to help@sportsbookreview.com

            I have a similar story.

Requested a £210 withdrawal in January. Reply from 'Andrew' asking for my i.d. This I send by email.
One week later another email from Andrew asking for i.d. I reply, asking if they have received it. Nothing from them. I send further emails and copies of my id. I leave messages on their website which generate a reply saying my query will be answered within 24hours - but I receive nothing further.
After two weeks another email from Andrew saying that as I had not sent i.d. my requested withdrawal would be cancelled and returned to my account. I send further email and leave message on website. No reply.
Money has been returned to my account. I am free to bet (and lose it) but not apparently free to withdraw it.
There does not appear to be any other form of contact. All very frustrating.

              Guys,

you need to upload your ID on the site. There's something there in the account section where you can upload the ID. If you just send the ID to the e-mail address, then they don't receive it - or at least they say they don't!

                This is what I did.
It displays on the "document upload" page that my ID was validated and actioned on 31/01/09

                Bunch of jokers.

I guess a complaint of £17.75 isn't going to put me anywhere near the top of the priority list but I've still received no word from SBR.

Got mine paid today. I'd advise sending messages to the through the website, although you probably did this already that's the only way I got a reply. Once I did send the ID through the website they've paid quick. Seems they are just incompetent. Hope you get your cash soon

I received an email again this morning from betclick saying that as I haven't sent them my documents they have returned the funds to my betclick account.

I have replied and forwarded this correspondance over to SBR.

I have still had no reply from anyone at SBR since I first filled out the complaint form 5 days ago.

Please can someone look into this for me?
