These have stopped paying and aren't answering phone or emails. I have 2 existing payments of over £700 Im waiting for. Files SBR complaint but havent heard anything yet..

I would stay well clear of Bet Butler, many players waiting weeks for payments. Notice to strike off filed against Butler at Company"s house, Butler"s parent Company, Betclearer, has a winding up petition against it.

Fender - I noticed this as well, although bet butler is also registered as a separate limited company aswell. However I stopped using this company just after Xmas when the payment problems started. They have started offering very high / generous bonuses on a very regular basis.
I have never phoned them, but the rest of the customer service has always been terrible. Never reply to emails and live chat is awful too.
The biggest concern is the update to their terms and conditions - I read on another site that they removed this from the t&cs:
1.3 Any monies deposited with us are protected in the event of our insolvency by virtue of such monies being held by our bank in designated client accounts separately from our own accounts. Any monies deposited with us in your account shall not bear any interest.

They are answering the phone although it is a bit hit and miss. Wouldn't bother leaving any messages on the answer phone or sending e-mails to the general enquiries email though.

Has any one filed a complaint with SBR regarding the slow pay issue with Bet Butler? I know there are a large number of players that are currently being slow paid, this may have something to do with them acquiring Bodugi recently.

I was referring to Bet Butler still being operational if that's what you picked up on. As far as going belly up canbet have however bet butler are still running so i don't interprite that as gone belly up, whether or not people are getting paid.

Has an exchange/broker they shouldn´t be limiting winners, mind you, Betfair claimed the same then bought in the `ùpto´´60% premium charge!

I´ve read in other forums and received complaints about slow payment but it might just be a temporary blip and to do with their taking over of a customer base, UK license is strict!

One really has to question the value of this Commission which has come to this realisation several months after it became patently obvious to those who had been dealing with them!

The only thing remaining is to find out whether the ring-fencing of funds was in proper order at the time they ceased business. They initially ring-fenced voluntary, removed this with little fanfare amongst a bunch of T&C changes, then reintroduced it when required like everyone else by the UKGC back in August - but the company was well in trouble by then.

Suggestion in this blog from an anonymous employee that they never had proper accounts at the other bookies in the first place.
